No Workplace Ethics Can Be A Reason For Termination
My brother in law was telling me just today that one of their employees who will get sacked does not have any Workplace Ethics. This certain employee comes in late and when he comes in he sleeps on the job. So management is planning to have him terminated.
Those who are complacent with their time reflects so badly of you and your character. And never ever sleep on the job. If you are medically ill get a medical certificate and give that to HR. At least you have a medical condition that can back you up and get treated. But if you are just plain lazy, resign before you infect somebody else’s work ethics too.
