Partnership
I needed to finish letting out some offices that were in a building I had invested in. I am not a very charismatic person. I am more of a logistical person so I hired a good looking woman to talk to people about offices to let. She had a nice smile and soon enough she had all of the offices let out. I was very happy with her work and we made a great team. We decided to go into business together. She did all of the PR work and I did all the business end. Our business brought us great success.
