Software for my Business
My company has been growing pretty rapidly for the last few years, but recently we have seen a steady decrease in growth. I had lunch with a mentor of mine, and he said that business is all about staying on top of efficiency. The more purposeful that you are about keeping your business machine oriented, the better off you will be. He recommend that I start using an efficiency software called mes software. This software can measure scrap, process control, and a variety of other things. I am excited to see how well it can work for my struggling company.
