5 Ways to Get Fat

If you’re interested in ways to get fat, it is actually fairly easy.  There are many ways to gain weight without you even knowing it.  For instance, if you are in the middle of folding laundry or watching television at your apartment or house, you might suddenly find yourself eating a bag of potato chips without realizing it.  Similarly, if you are at your computer or on the phone, you might find yourself looking through your refrigerator or pantry for something to snack on.  Many people don’t even realize that they’re eating when they aren’t really that hungry.  Whenever you go to eat something, you should think to yourself, "Am I really hungry, or am I just eating because it’s there?"  This is a key question you should always ask before reaching into the refrigerator.  Only eat when you are hungry. Additionally, if you are finding that you are having a more difficult time controlling yourself, then control what you buy- this way you’ll be snacking on foods that are healthy!
