Lack of Time is no Excuse For Not Working Out

If you’ve found yourself having trouble being consistent with a fitness program because life seems to get in the way, causing your determination to waver, you may think that the only answer is to get yourself a personal trainer. Well, that might be the answer, but if you’d like to save a little (or a lot of) money, you might consider one of the new ‘busy person’s’ workouts that more and more fitness experts are coming out with.

These programs usually combine strength training in one form or another with the concept of interval training, and can take as little as four minutes (although if you have the time and energy, you should probably repeat two or three times.

Other programs I’ve seen take seven or ten minutes. I’m sure there are more that I haven’t heard of. So do some research and check some of these out. Be aware though, that in a workout this short, you’ll have to work really hard. That’s the only way you can get results.
