Stop Weighing Yourself Every Day

Are you someone who weighs themselves every day to see how much weight you’ve lost (or gained)? Well, get off the yo-yo called the scales and don’t weigh yourself so often.

Instead of driving yourself crazy with daily weight fluctuations, weigh yourself once every week. And be sure you do it at a set time. This is the advice of in the Idiot Proof Diet Handbook and other diet plans as well.

One other point to keep in mind is to be sure you place the scales on a flat, solid surface. Carpet will only cause the scales to have a messed up reading.
