So many women just given birth try to find free diet plans to help them lose the 20-50 lbs they gained during child birth. The foods that they eat and the quantities in which they ate them helped grow their babies but also helped made them fat. Of course, some of that food was used for their babies but a lot of it was absorbed by their own bodies. And because of that and the lengtheness that women are pregnant for, it makes it so hard for them to lose weight.
