If you have trouble keeping all of your monthly statements and bills neat and orderly, try giving a pocket folder some fashionable flair with some quick and easy craft projects. Take your plain off white folder and turn it into something fabulous for less than $1. Go to your local craft mart or paper supply store and purchase some scrap book paper in a style and color that you like. When you get home, cut the paper to size and decoupage it onto the cover of your file folder. It will give a fashionable new look to your monthly bill organizers.
