Training for the potty
The first training challenge to greet a new labradoodle owner is in the area of potty training. No one wants a puppy that is pooping and peeing inside the home where they live. There are many ways to address with the puppy and you should pick the one that works best for both you and the puppy. Labradoodle training should be done with patience and should be started immediately as soon as the puppy is brought home and introduced into his or her setting. Remember the puppy is not physically able to hold “it” until at least twelve weeks old. It is up to you to make a safe place for him by creating a routine until then.
