Worrying More About Health
I have started to worry more about my health and the different chemicals that I have been putting into it and onto it. I have started eating healthier foods, staying away from fast food restaurants and packaged foods. More fresh fruits and vegetables are in my refrigerator now, and I cook every meal that I feed my family. What I am now needing to do is go the extra mile and switch over to organic skin care. I have read things here and there about how the things we use are absorbed into our skin, and that we should not put anything on our skin that we would not eat.
