Spanish Speaking Language
Lawyers that speak Spanish are more likely to represent an immigrant not from the United States in a legal case. Immigrants need some form or representation and need to be able to communicate with their lawyer. A lawyer who does speak Spanish would also have the opportunity to represent more clients and may move to a Spanish speaking country and practice there one would think. I knew a friend who has one of his family members in Mexico come to the states and was pulled over and they needed a lawyer that spoke Spanish to make hm feel at ease. It’s a long story but he didn’t get deported back to Mexico.
