Worchester’s Ecotarium exhibit and Water Planet exhibit
Visitors to Worchester, Massachusetts will certainly want to visit one of the most popular attractions in the area: the EcoTarium. The museum is dedicated to promoting the areas of science and nature, and all those who visit the museum will see this in the different exhibits. At the Water Planet Exhibit, visitors will be able to learn about water as well as how important it is to the survival of life on the planet. In the Freshwater Ecosystems section of the museum, you can learn about the different habitats of freshwater creatures, such as turtles, frogs, and fish. Another favorite exhibit is the MicroDiner, where visitors step up to a microscope in what looks like a 1950s diner. While there, they can view pond water and other items under the microscope. Some of the animals at the museum include a red fox, a great horned owl, and a polar bear. You will also want to check out the trails in the area, including the Vibram Walking Trail, the Timescape Trail, and the Meadow Trail.
