Production Meetings Made Easy
I am part of a team involved in a new play opening up at our local playhouse. There are several factors that go into lighting and set design. The various responsibilities were delegated based on sub groups within the team. It also became necessary to share information and occasionally conduct informal meetings. We found the perfect tool for this; each team member signed up. Each individual user installed a linewire download. We can now conduct meetings over the phone while viewing each other’s computer. It has increased productivity substantially. This allowed us to to beat all deadlines. We had ample time to make all necessary adjustments.
