The Complete Phone System
After years of dealing with an inefficient phone system, my employer finally decided to completely overhaul the company’s phones.
They wanted very little downtime, a system that is easy to use, and, above all, a system which will be available during critical call volume times.
After extensive research they decided on a Shoretel Ip Phone system.
Although management had allowed for several weeks to install and learn to use the system, they were happily surprised to find we were using in less than half that time.
Our IP phone system has been a pleasure to use, efficiency has increased, and we enjoy the way the design fits well into our office decor.
